Exceeding Expectations at Relay for Life 2023

Hydroflux had the privilege of participating in the Relay for Life event held at Wanda Beach, Cronulla in Sydney, NSW this year. The overnight event was not only enjoyable but also deeply moving, as its purpose was to raise vital funds for Cancer Council’s research, prevention, and support services.

The enthusiastic Hydroflux Hotfoots fully embraced the spirit of the event and in their matching t-shirts achieve the goal of having a Hotfoot on the track for the whole 24 hours. The dedication of the team, coupled with the generous support from colleagues, friends, and families, enabled Hydroflux to exceed the initial $10,000 target. Through collective efforts Hydroflux raised an outstanding total of $17,164 for the Cancer Council, placing the company in the top 4 highest fundraising teams from the event. This achievement not only demonstrates the company’s commitment to making a positive impact in the community but also exemplifies the exceptional teamwork and spirit that defines Hydroflux.

Relay for Life 2023 stands as a testament to the incredible power of collective action and commitment in the ongoing battle against cancer. Hydroflux is honoured to have been a part of this successful event, knowing the company’s involvement has made a meaningful contribution to such a worthy cause.
