HUBER Stands Tall at IFAT2018. The World’s Largest Water Trade Exhibition
May 17, 2018
Hydroflux are at IFAT Munich, again searching out the latest wastewater technologies and solutions that Australian and Pacific Island businesses and municipalities will need in the coming years to ensure that they are using the most efficient and environmentally wastewater treatment processes available.
The largest exhibitor at IFAT is HUBER Technology with a massive 1200m2 stand and 32 full sized machines on display. Innovations on display includes LIQUID Drum technology which replaces primary sedimentation in sewage treatment plants whilst using less than 10% of the space. Proving very popular at the moment with many new plants under construction for projects in Switzerland and Norway. The small footprint of this technology allows client’s to realise significant cost savings associated with the construction and operation of conventional sedimentation tanks.
Also on display is a new Strainpress Sludge Screen which is now available in a size with double the capacity. Strainpress Sludge Screens protect anaerobic digesters from screening accumulation. This new size is ideal for plants that are 20MLD and above.
